Hemisfair

The Hemisfair uniforms are a two-chapter City Edition uniform series spanning the 2023-2025 NBA seasons, honoring San Antonio’s 1968 World’s Fair and the lasting cultural imprint of the late ’60s. A decisive break from the Spurs traditional silver-and-black jerseys, translating the era into a contemporary basketball expression. This two-part Hemisfair campaign ushered a bold evolution in storytelling and design.

With two original uniform designs, each season of Hemisfair unfolded as chapters. Both uniforms served as an historicla homage for the present, embracing an era-inspired design system and color palette influenced by midcentury modern design, futurism, and expressionism. Typography, graphic elements, and motion language created a flexible visual framework.

Leading the creative direction, my team designed the uniforms, developed the visual systems, and produced both full campaign executions. Hemisfair expanded into an immersive brand platform and experience, transforming digital and physical spaces into a modern time capsule. From social and broadcast to retail and in-arena creative, the identity was built for scale.
